To upload pictures on uppix.com you have to consider the following rules:

• For pictures which violate rules on third we don't take any liability. The IP-Address of the user who upload a file will be saved. The user takes all liability on himself.
• We keep the right to delete any picture without give a reason. We specially mean pictues that are antisemitic, racialist or pornographic, violate copyrights or violate laws.
• All uploaded pictures are copyright protected through their respective owner!
• The user who uploads the current picture must have the required rights to release it.
• We keep the right to delete pictures which abuse this service.
• Pictures will be removed from our database after they haven't accessed for 60 days.
